THC

THC stands for tetrahydrocannabinol, the most common cannabinoid available. THC is one of the only cannabinoids to contain this psychoactive component, and therefore strains high in this compound have been cultivated by growers. THC-rich strains include Durban Poison, Bio-Diesel, Trainwreck, and OG Kush.
THC can be used both medicinally and recreationally. Among various benefits, it can also be a part of edibles, syrups, oils used via drops, tinctures, medications, and topicals for anti-inflammation.
THC is used on pets to relieve pain and calm anxiety. Marinol, a synthetic THC drug, is the only THC drug currently approved by the FDA.
