Hemp

Hemp is also called industrial hemp in varieties of cannabis Sativa that contain stumpy THC concentrations.

Hemp is grown for its seeds or fibers and used in skin products, clothing, and food supplements. The seeds containing around 30 percent oil are edible and a good source of magnesium, fiber, protein, potassium, and vitamin E.

Consuming hemp seeds can lower blood pressure and the risk of heart disease. Whereas, hemp seed oil can be used to make edible oils, varnishes, paints, and soaps.
